Analoging of Validated Hits

The ZoBio fragment library consists of commercially available compounds. ZoBio can use its expertise to select analogs of hits and quantitatively assay them for binding using any of the techniques described previously. In the example shown below, protein observed NMR has been used to demonstrate that the hit (ZB235) and the selected analogs bind to the same site on the target and quantify their binding. Here a weak hit was readily converted to a high quality starting point for optimization by purchasing only 5 compounds!
